Store Policies

All items will be shipped via the USPS. The standard shipping method is first class mail, which usually takes 3-5 business days in the US and about 1 week for Canada. Packages larger than 13 oz ship via Priority Mail, which usually takes 1-3 business days. Please refer to our FAQ page for updated turnaround times per product type, and this information is also found at the bottom of your order confirmation email.
We are responsible for your new purchase UNTIL it reaches the Post Office. Once a shipping label has been created and the package dropped of at the Post Office, it is out of our control. If you wish to insure your package, please contact us so we can get a price quote. Insurance is to protect against loss or damage during shipping INCLUDING POST OFFICE DELAY. If you choose not to buy insurance and your purchase is delayed or damaged by the postal service we cannot provide a refund. 

If you would like to upgrade your shipping, please send us an email immediately after placing your order to let us know the date your order is needed by. Additional fees may apply.

There will not be any refund issued for items that do not arrive "on time" unless you have contacted us to provide a date due by and additional fee, if applicable.

All orders will be shipped to the Paypal address or address given with Direct Checkout. Please ensure these addresses are correct as we are not responsible for orders shipped to the wrong address.
Refunds and Exchanges
We take pride in our items and will do our best to ensure your total satisfaction.

All returns must be made within 30 days from delivery date in the US and within 45 days from the ship date for international orders. If a return is approved (only when merchandise is defective or wrong item is shipped an can't be replaced by us), you must return the order before receiving the refund. We will not accept returns for clothing that is ordered in the wrong size, so please anticipate the correct size using the turnaround time as a guide.

After the item has been returned to, all returns will be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Shipping is not refunded. It is the buyer's responsibility to pay for all return shipping.
